AMS Legal Support Services Offers Local and Statewide Court Filings
AMS Legal Support Services is located close to the Courts and offers same day and rush filings with ease. We can do Court research and retrieval. Fees are advanced upon request. We operate a legal courier service and routinely service all courts in the downtown area twice daily. Special deliveries and last minute requests are available.
Kern County Courts are open:
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon on Friday.
Filings after 4:00 p.m. (or after Noon on Fridays) are placed in a drop box and carry a same day filing date. Recordings are performed at the Hall or Records between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

E-FILING SERVICES
Soon, all courts will mandate E-Filing. Kern County is currently a permissive E-File court. Need help with E-Filing? Let us do it for YOU. Local courier service offers daily services to the downtown courts, daily pickup of documents, filing and retrieval from the downtown courts, Recorder’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, delivery to local attorneys, businesses, State and Government agencies.
